Formula 1 | Digital Customer Experience

Dynamic visuals designed to support customer experience programme replacing engagement gap and driving sign-ups for online entertainment. The design remixed trackside content with front cover style layouts, turbocharged grammar and bold typography for a curated, premium feel. Experiences were delivered direct to fans, embracing hyper-responsive email newsletters and journeys, push notifications and website overlays.

  • Delivered static and animated gif digital assets including website, emails, digital displays, and paid social advertising in collaboration with art directors. Worked on both original conceptual designs and interpreting predetermined creative direction from a larger offline campaign and adapting it for online use.
